Chic Retreats are continuously improving our digital solution for small independent boutique hotels in order to better drive bookings in ways that best suit you.
We are moving to a 'book now' website and decommissioning the outdated 'request' process as we know our guests want instant answers to hotel availability and this drives significantly more bookings for our hotels.
Pay a one-off listing fee of £199 to showcase your unique hotel within the Chic Retreats Collection plus 15% commission on bookings.
We will update your hotel profile with your latest images and unique offering and connect with your Channel Manager if it's one of the following; Siteminder, SynXis, Blastness, Availpro, RateGain, Vertical Booking, ErmesHotels, Travelclick or if you do not use a Channel Manager or not one we are connected with yet, manage your inventory via our Extranet.
We also offer two other partnership plans should you wish to upgrade to include proactive marketing & global distribution; Meta Channels, Influencers, Brand Partnerships and much more...
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Inform us if you want to remain with Chic Retreats and move to live booking, or be removed from our Chic Retreats Collection, by filling in the form.
2. Sign an updated 1 page contract.
3. Connect your inventory via your Channel Manager or load your inventory via our Extranet.
4. Optional: set up a Direct Debit mandate to pay us commission without bank currency charges - you can still authorise every commission payment to us if you wish.
Please inform us of your intentions by 11th February 2018.
